The Planning Board told residents it plans to organize a site visit so community members can view the proposed location and any mockup before the formal completeness decision. Chair Henderson said the visit should take place within "the next 2 or 3 weeks," and that materials and questions submitted to the board will be posted on the project webpage.
Henderson said the board will decide whether the application is complete on August 12; if the application is found complete the formal public hearing could follow on August 19. The board asked residents to send written questions through the planning board contact so answers appear in the public record and all participants can review the same documentation.
