Motions were routinely made, seconded, and passed by voice; the committee recorded at least one abstention (BloomBoard amendment disclosure for a relative) and one additional abstention on the NORA cooperative agreement item.
Why it matters: dozens of operational contracts and a proposed short-term borrowing authorization were reviewed; each item will be considered by the full Orleans Parish School Board on Thursday. The committee did not make final awards — items were carried forward for board action.
