Interim Director Chris Hahn reported the EDA has contacted Charlie Henry and Jacob Miller about a proposal to renovate 570 North Main Ave into apartments with a separate garage building. Hahn said Planning and Zoning will recommend to City Council that the parcel be rezoned residential to permit the renovation.
The EDA noted the proposal during its May 7 meeting and indicated staff follow-up will continue; no formal EDA action or funding was approved at the meeting. The project will move through the rezoning recommendation and subsequent council actions if Planning and Zoning’s recommendation is adopted.
