EDA approves agenda and minutes, enters closed session and schedules next meeting

Later in the meeting the board voted on a motion by Director James Ennis, seconded by Director Glenn Mozingo, to enter closed session at 7:05 p.m. to discuss a prospective business or industry and a public contract (a grant agreement). That motion carried 4-0. After reconvening the board adopted the statutory certification that no action was taken in closed session, and the meeting adjourned with the next session scheduled for March 17, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
