Middleton assessors name Toula Guarino chair, keep Deborah Carbone as clerk

The Middleton Board of Assessors voted unanimously June 30 to reorganize leadership, selecting Toula Guarino to serve as Chair and retaining Deborah J. Carbone as Clerk.
The reorganization came by motion: Deborah Carbone nominated Guarino as Chair, and the nomination passed with a 2-0 vote after a second. Guarino then moved to nominate Carbone as Clerk; that motion likewise passed 2-0. The board said the nomination for Alternate Chair will be made at a later meeting once the currently open seat is filled.
