Selectmen approve appointment, minutes and adjourn public hearing; unanimous votes on several actions

Zafian (D) to the Conservation Commission to fill a vacancy with a term expiring Jan. 8, 2029. The public hearing on the CDBG program income was adjourned by a unanimous vote at 6:59 p.m.
Several financial and policy motions passed unanimously: authorizing a $690,000 FY26 transfer to the Capital Improvement Fund; approving a $455,539 FY27 appropriation to the OPEB Trust; approving a $135,000 Holcomb Farm Trust reimbursement for FY27 capital items; and approving a $60,000 reimbursement from the Fox Fund to support the FY27 Senior Tax Credit Program. The Board also entered and exited an executive session to discuss the Town Manager’s performance evaluation and adjourned the meeting at 9:29 p.m.
