Hiram Peck, Director of Planning and Community Development, proposed that the forum breakout groups be given four or five general questions so each group has a clear topic to discuss. Chelsea Ross recommended assigning different questions to each group to avoid duplication; Kiley Goselin said questions should be designed to gather the most useful information and to ask participants what additional topics they would find helpful for future forums.
Mr. Peck also said a representative from Beacon Communities may attend the forum to observe only if the Task Force approves, and that the Task Force could record the forum provided attendees are notified beforehand. Ms. Graesser said Task Force members, the Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council members are encouraged to attend the March 27 forum.
