Traverse County approves claims, advertises planning commission openings and OKs SSTS grant terms

Later in the meeting the board voted to close the meeting to discuss strategy for labor negotiations under Minnesota Statute 13D.03 (motion by Metz; second by Schmidt) and subsequently voted to reopen the meeting (motion by Schmidt; second by Nelson).
