The Coralville City Planning & Zoning Commission on July 1 recommended approval of the final plat for Lot 12 in Coral Ridge Commerce Park, Part 2, Phase 10. Community Development Director Dave Johnson said Lot 12 is 2.46 acres and is planned for a future office building and a multi-tenant commercial building.
Johnson told commissioners that the staff review found the plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat and filing requirements. He said the lot will be rezoned to a PUD and that the commission should expect a site plan and rezoning application for this development in the future. The motion to recommend approval was moved by Commissioner Dokun, seconded by Commissioner Wenman, and passed 5-0.
Staff will continue processing the plat and coordinate the rezoning and site-plan submittals when the developer files them.
