Commissioner Arens requested a spelling correction for Coralville on the plat; Jon Marner with MMS stated it "would be corrected." Commissioner Dokun moved to recommend approval; Commissioner Holderness seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
The staff review found the plat conforms with the approved preliminary plat and the requirements for preparation and filing; next steps include any ministerial filing and coordination with the developer for site improvements.
