Commissioner Chad Metz moved to close the meeting to discuss labor negotiation strategy under Minnesota Statute 13D.03; the board approved closing and later reopened the meeting.
The board approved bill payments and claims including Team Laboratory Chemical, LLC ($77,450.00), Minnewaska Community Health Service ($19,968.18), Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. ($6,000.00), Hillyard – Hutchinson ($4,709.57) and 29 smaller claims totaling $13,004.93 under M.S. §375.12. On a motion by Metz and second by Nelson, the board unanimously approved the First Amendment to the 2024 Law Enforcement agreement with the City of Browns Valley.
Claims and approvals were recorded in the meeting minutes and the meeting adjourned at 10:57 a.m.
