Rhea Klein nominated Arlene Fiano for chairman and Anne seconded; Arlene "accepted position as Chair." Arlene then nominated Rhea as vice chair (Leslie Shea seconded) and Leslie nominated Cara Wraight as treasurer (Anne seconded). The minutes record: "There were no nays and no one abstained." Paula arrived later in the meeting and Arlene noted she had sat Leslie for Paula at the start of the session.
