Commission approves small boundary adjustment for Jeppesen two-lot subdivision

The planning commission approved SS26-016, an amendment to the Jeppesen Two Lot subdivision that adjusts Lot 2 from 1.37 acres to 1.33 acres by moving the south property line to match an existing fence. Lot 2 would be renamed Lot 3 on the amended plat.
Staff reported that all county departments have reviewed and approved the amended plat and recommended approval. Commissioner Jennifer Jacobsen moved to approve the amendment; Commissioner Jared Holmgren seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Conditions require compliance with Utah State Code Sections 17-79-711 and 712 prior to recording.
The change is limited in scope and will be recorded at the county recorder's office following department sign-offs.
