The planning commission approved SS26-007 on May 21 to amend the Lewandoski Estates subdivision near 6960 West 9600 North in Tremonton by dividing Lot 1 into two lots.
Staff reported that county departments reviewed and approved the proposed amendment and recommended approval. Commissioner Jared Holmgren moved to approve SS26-007 with conditions; Commissioner Jed Pugsley seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Conditions attached to the approval require compliance with Chapter 6-1 of the Box Elder County Land Use Management & Development Code and with Sections 17-79-711 and 712 of the Utah State Code. The approval authorizes the applicant to record an amended final plat subject to satisfying those conditions and any county department requirements.
