Developer plans EV charging and smaller 20x10 spaces to fit 150 spots

During the July 7 meeting the developer confirmed EV accommodations for the project. Jonathan Sternbach said there will be two EV sites and Chris Ossa clarified "there will be 2 dual head charging stations, allowing for 4 charging spaces." The board did not specify charging locations at the meeting.
On stall dimensions, Chris Ossa said the plan calls for spaces of "20 foot by 10 foot." Fire Chief James Wilson confirmed the proposed parking material will support a fire engine, and Cooper said ingress/egress at the southwest corner should remain under review as part of plan review.
