During the elected-officials and department-head reports, Chief Probation Officer Harrison announced personnel updates including the promotion of Mallory Wolken to Senior Officer and that the department's DUO dog Marshall "has now completed all of his certifications and under the age of one," and that they will celebrate the dog's first birthday soon.
SOA Bruens reported that the Board of Review received a Tentative 1.0 from the State of Illinois and that a temporary staff member paid by WIA was hired to assist the office; training for the office was noted as upcoming. EMA Whitebird delivered his monthly report to the board. The board subsequently voted to accept all submitted elected official and department head reports by voice vote.
