Board approves agreement for deferred-comp plan administration and seeks CMR for districtwide improvements

The board unanimously approved an agreement with OMNI & TSAGG to administer 403(b) and 457 deferred-compensation plan compliance and adopted a resolution to issue an RFQ/RFP to procure a construction manager at risk for a districtwide improvements project.
On Jan. 22 the Northeastern Local Board of Education approved two action-agenda items (Item 027-2026). The Superintendent recommended both items; Mrs. Gray moved and Mrs. Krauss seconded the motion. The board approved an agreement with OMNI & TSAGG to administer the district’s compliance for the 403(b) and 457 deferred-compensation plans.
The board also approved a resolution authorizing the issuance of a request for qualifications and pricing and technical proposal to procure a construction manager at risk (CMR) for the districtwide improvements project. Both actions were approved by roll-call vote of 5–0. The minutes reference exhibits for each item (Exhibit G1 and Exhibit G2) but do not include the exhibits themselves in the recorded minutes.
