Planning Commission approves minutes and hears administrator's monthly report

On March 19 the Mecklenburg County Planning Commission unanimously approved the minutes from its February 19, 2026 meeting on a motion by Charles Reamy, seconded by Randy Crocker. The commission then received the monthly report for the Zoning and Building Inspector's office from Zoning Administrator Josh Tanner.
With no additional business reported, the commission adjourned. The actions recorded — approval of minutes and receipt of the administrator's report — were procedural and took place following the public hearings and ordinance adoption earlier in the meeting.
