Mobbs Committee projects FY’27 expenses will nearly exhaust its budget

At the July 27 meeting the Mobbs Committee reviewed its FY’27 projected expenses and concluded the items would consume virtually all of the committee’s annual budget. The minutes list three major line items: $5,640 payable to Rabbit Tracks upon completion of work on the Out ’n’ Back Trail; $2,000 payable to Fellowship of the Wheel for the committee’s annual maintenance contract; and $5,300–$5,800 payable to All Phase Property Maintenance for trail mowing and brush hogging.
Committee member Jessica Dion reminded members that the Jericho Bicycle and Pedestrian Connectivity Committee (BPCC) may be able to allocate some of its budget to support Mobbs Farm trail maintenance projects. No formal intercommittee transfer or vote was recorded at the meeting; members discussed the potential but did not commit funds during this session.
