After returning to open session at 5:33 p.m., the board certified by motion that discussions in closed session had been limited to the topics specified and that no final action had been taken in executive session, again by a 3-0 vote. Under New Business the commission then moved to "approve Item A," described in the agenda as "Direction to Staff Regarding 114 McBride Court Complex, Grants, NM 87020," on a motion by Commissioner Georgia Routzen Sanchez, seconded by Commissioner Ray Carpenter; that motion passed 3-0, directing staff as the board instructed. The record lists the Magistrate Court site at 114 McBride Court Complex, Grants, NM 87020 as the real property matter considered.
