During discussion the board considered whether a seasonal permit already paid for a separate location should reduce fees for events at Vinegar Hill. Members agreed different locations and times are treated separately and voted to charge event fees for the vendor who already holds a seasonal permit elsewhere. The motion to approve grouped permits carried by voice vote; a separate motion to approve Smokin' Bowie's application for its Vinegar Hill dates also carried.
