The administrator recommended exploring lease vs. purchase options, seeking a short‑term move as soon as safely and responsibly feasible, and targeting a January 1, 2025 start for relocated operations if negotiations and technical validation succeed.
Board members agreed the treasurer’s office should be moved out of the basement as soon as practicable and directed staff to continue negotiations and report options back to the Board and at a work session.
