Staff warned of potential short‑term traffic impacts when crews are working on 723.
“It is gonna go from 55 to 60 miles an hour,” public works staff said, describing the finalized speed‑study recommendation; signage was expected in roughly a month pending final engineering review.
Board members asked staff to coordinate signage and schedule communications to local media and residents about planned operations.
