"The essentially, what the bill does is it changes the word epinephrine auto injectors to just the word epinephrine because we have different delivery methods now," Representative Davis said, adding that if a related Senate measure passes the bill's effective dates would be adjusted by amendment. Members discussed amendment timing; the sponsor said a timely-filed amendment was untimely in committee and asked to add it in full committee. The committee rolled HB 1550 to the next available calendar to protect the sponsor's posture on the amendment.
