"We're getting ready to put a big large order in for, for several signs and even some of our stop signs being replaced," the marshal said, urging a repaint and replacement plan. Council members discussed the timing for painting curbs and whether to rent or borrow a line-striping machine; they also suggested temporary signs on poles as an interim measure.
Council agreed to prioritize repainting and replacing signs on key corridors and to follow up on enforcement once markings are restored. Staff will prepare cost estimates and procurement options and bring those back to the council.
