Chairman Jason Martin approved changing the Planning Commission’s regular meeting date from the fourth Monday of each month to the third Monday.
Planner Jordan Rockwell reported recent meetings with developers about the property formerly owned by Vulcan Materials and said the site "would have to be rezoned to M2 for the use that had been suggested." Rockwell also announced upcoming training opportunities for commission members in March in Jefferson City and Clinton.
