Commission conditions approval of 103 E. Main Ave subdivision on sign removal or exception

The Building Official asked the commission to hold final approval until the sign issue was resolved or an exception granted; Jonathan Newberry moved to approve the subdivision contingent on either moving the sign or submitting a request for an exception, Daniel Cline seconded and the motion passed by unanimous consent.
Minutes note that the commission had previously recommended establishing a 10-foot buffer between the existing building and the adjacent property line at the Nov. 24, 2025 meeting. The Building Official’s request to address the sign was added as a condition to the approval.
