Jonathan Newberry moved to approve the addition and Dale Wilkins seconded; the motion carried by unanimous consent. The minutes state that the Building Official will ensure compliance with the current IBC 2018 standards.
The commission did not attach additional conditions to the approval in the minutes. The expansion will proceed subject to normal building-permit reviews and verification of code compliance by the Building Official.
