Forestry Board identifies about 40 hazardous trees; fall tree campaign reaches 19 orders

Jan Ruzich reported the Forestry Board finished the annual hazardous tree survey and identified approximately forty trees on the hazardous list. She said the list will be reviewed by the Public Works Director and the City forester for follow-up action.
Ruzich also said the newly revised fall tree campaign already has 19 orders toward a total target of 50 and that the deadline to order is Sept. 20, 2024. Residents who want to participate were advised to place orders before the deadline.
