Neva Ray reported that a Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart analyst toured Town Hall and municipal wells and found facilities generally efficient. The primary recommendation is to evaluate changing the Town's electric service from Schedule 6 to Schedule 6A; the utility reviewed bills but said additional data on the wells is needed before finalizing a recommendation and offered to reimburse any cost difference if the switch increased expenses.
On railroad matters, Neva reported there will be no annual maintenance fee associated with the new railroad crossing. The Town is awaiting a final inspection report from the railroad and State; staff said the review process has temporarily stalled and efforts are underway to obtain the completed report.
