Member asks for public report on RDA grant awards and tenant-improvement allowance usage

Member Kelly Ortiz Thompson asked whether the committee could receive a report showing which applicants have been approved for RDA grants, who had used the new tenant-improvement allowance, and what projects had been rejected and why. "I would love to know who is getting approved, like, some kind of report for all of the different grants from the RDA, you know, if anyone has actually used that new tenant improvement allowance yet, who it was, what the project was," Ortiz Thompson said.
Tracy Reich responded that staff can bring forward information on approvals and upcoming items. Reich said she would prepare a report showing what has been approved and what is coming forward so members can see trends and better understand program take-up and reasons for rejections.
