Redevelopment manager outlines schedule to enact Redevelopment Area 3

Tracy Reich, redevelopment manager, told the committee the process to establish Redevelopment Area 3 is advancing through the required reviews. "And after approval, hopefully, on the 19th, Redevelopment Area 3 will be enacted," Reich said, noting planning commission review and a first reading are complete and a recommending-committee review and second reading are scheduled ahead of the Aug. 19 final reading.
