City Manager David Brickey told the Council staff had ordered a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) and estimated installation would cost $13,600 and take about four weeks from order to installation. Council Member Mike Jensen moved to approve the $13,600 expenditure for the RRFB; Council Member George seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
