The Delegation approved a $63,020.04 transfer from the Capital Improvement Capital Reserve Fund to the general fund for replacement of a failed auger in the wastewater treatment system. Commissioners amended the original request to include the full unit (new gearbox and attachments) rather than pair a new auger with 23‑year‑old components. An additional installation quote of $6,525 from Weston & Sampson was included; the new unit had been received after a back-order but had not yet been installed at the time of the meeting.
Representative Chris McAleer moved to approve the amended transfer; Representative Bobbi Boudman seconded. The vote was recorded as passed 3-0 with Clerk MacDonald absent. The minutes note the reserve balance remaining after transfers and list this as an emergency replacement funded from reserve.
