Steve Woodcock; that motion passed 12–1 with Rep. Chris McAleer opposed.
Additionally, the Delegation approved the elected-officials benefits package as presented (unchanged from the prior year), including earned-time policy, retirement and county phone/computer provisions; Rep. Chris McAleer moved the benefits package approval and the motion passed unanimously 13–0. Meeting minutes show the Delegation clarified that benefits remain unchanged despite recent salary changes.
