"The Cupboard will function on a 'take what you need, share what you can' model," Leboeuf said in the presentation. Treasurer Matthew Sawyer, Jr. moved to approve the use of $5,000 from the Dube Fund; Commissioner Chuck McGee seconded. The motion passed 2-0.
The trustees recorded the purpose as providing essential nonperishable food, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, gently used clothing and household items at no cost to staff. The motion does not record additional reporting requirements beyond the funding approval.
