The Cambria CSD board voted unanimously on March 12 to adopt an updated strategic plan that staff presented as the outcome of a March 2 workshop. General Manager McElhaney described the update as a re-statement of district objectives and actions with no immediate fiscal impact; directors thanked facilitator Clark and board and staff participants for the process.
Directors asked small clarifying edits to better explain previously approved contracts and target completion dates. "He did an excellent job," Director Scott said of the facilitator. After a roll-call vote the board adopted the plan 5-0 and asked staff to make the minor wording adjustments discussed during the meeting.
