Planner Rob Gaiotti presented an April 1 memo and an initial conceptual site plan for a Raptor Lane housing project prepared by Enman • Kesselring. Based on the draft plan, staff and commissioners identified specific bylaw sections that would require changes — §3306.D(4) and §3307.G(1) — to accommodate the current conceptual design. The minutes state §2006.C(3) was determined not to apply because the development would be a planned unit development (PUD).
Chair Scott Thompson asked that the topic be placed on the Planning Commission’s May agenda for continued review. The map provided at this stage was labeled conceptual and the minutes note it is likely to change before any final design or formal application is filed.
