Town Office project tracking slightly over budget; Selectboard approves pay request No. 8
Summary

Town Manager Rob Gaiotti reported that interior work at the Town Office is progressing and that the project is more than 50% complete. Additional tree clearing took place behind the building this week.
Gaiotti said the project is currently tracking roughly 2–3% over the budget; he and the board discussed options including use of remaining ARPA funds to cover any shortfall. The board approved Pay Request No. 8 by motion, recorded as passing 4-0.
Project managers expect to target an August 2025 completion; Naylor & Breen expressed hope of recovering schedule time during the spring.
