Selectboard appoints two residents to Design Review Committee

McLintock said she recently moved to Dorset and owns a home in the Design District; she described a 30-year personal connection to the area and familiarity with local regulations. Kennedy said she recently purchased and is renovating a property in the Design District and has presented multiple applications to the Design Review Committee; she noted prior experience with a Design Review Board in Manchester where her husband served.
Both appointments were made by motion (moved by Jim Salsgiver, seconded by Frank Parent) and approved 4-0. The board did not identify any outstanding conflicts or conditions for service.
