Borough Manager Cindy Wells told the council the borough’s ARPA total is $194,413, with $160,000 previously designated toward the Willow Street Bridge and $25,000 already spent, leaving a $59,413 balance on that designation. The stormwater work was described as urgent repair needs for a municipal lot and adjacent alley; Council approved reallocating ARPA to cover the $39,060.20 cost. The agenda item was recorded as a formal motion and vote.
