Board directs RFP for Raptor Lane housing to three qualified vendors

Rob Gaiotti reviewed a memorandum from White & Burke reporting three vendors qualified under the RFQ for the Raptor Lane housing project and recommended issuing a full RFP to all three. Gaiotti said the town expects to receive proposals by the target date in August.
Select Board member Jim Salsgiver moved to send the RFP to all three qualified vendors; Frank Parent seconded and the motion passed 4‑0. The board agreed to provide comments on the RFP text before it is formally released.
The RFP step follows the RFQ and is intended to secure proposals for a feasibility and/or development phase for the Raptor Lane parcel. The town’s procurement timeline expects proposals by August and subsequent evaluation by staff and the board.
