At its March 4 meeting the Town of Dorset Planning Commission approved a zoning application and a sign permit for 41 Church St. Todd Beyer presented the application on behalf of the owner; commissioners noted the Zoning Board of Adjustment had already granted a side-yard setback variance necessary for the proposed rear-of-building work.
Commissioner David McAneny moved to approve both the zoning and sign applications; David Berard seconded and the motion carried 6-0-0. The minutes show the DRC had requested additional information earlier in the review process and that the DRC recommended approval.
