The commission approved the minutes of its Feb. 4, 2025 meeting by a 6-0-0 vote. Commissioners then moved on to design-review applications and a public hearing on a rear-yard setback waiver. The meeting was videotaped via Zoom and an audio/video record is kept at the Dorset town office.
