Dartmouth ZBA continues comprehensive-permit hearings to Aug. 13

On July 30 the Dartmouth Zoning Board of Appeals continued deliberations and public hearings on two comprehensive-permit matters to Aug. 13, 2026, after the town or petitioner requested the delay because counsel could not attend the meeting.
Board members discussed scheduling congestion for the Aug. 13 agenda and acknowledged the request. One member noted a family bereavement related to an involved party as background for scheduling changes. The board voted to continue the hearings (including ZCMP25-3, which had been continued from June 29) and set the continuations for the 6:00 p.m. hour on Aug. 13. No public testimony was recorded on these continuances at the July 30 session.
Next steps: The public hearings and/or deliberations on ZCMP25-2 and ZCMP25-3 are scheduled for Aug. 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.; parties and counsel are expected to appear then.
