Summary

Samantha Morrissey told the board that a fully executed MOU with the School District was included in the application materials and that it places no restrictions on number of vehicles or times and days when parking may occur. Morrissey and materials supplied by the Vermont Mountain Bike Association suggested expected annual combined trail use of roughly 6,000–7,000 visits (5,000 from existing trail counters and 2,000 from VMBA estimates).
The application packet included letters from the Fire Department and Bristol Rescue; Police Chief Nason was described as part of emergency‑services communications for the site and E‑911 signage is planned. The DRB required the Club to post emergency policies of the Fire Department, Ambulance Service and Police Department as appropriate and asked the applicant to confirm whether rescue providers charge fees for responses.
