Hammer said the expected cost for related work (including pushing back some projects such as Fairview) is significant—"the estimated cost is over $7 million," he said—and that the city is adding the project to its improvement plan now to secure potential funding; TIB has indicated a likelihood of approval. Council approved Resolution 26-04 to adopt the Six‑Year Transportation Plan (motion by Huntwork, second by Mackleit).
