Board approves superintendent personnel reports; executive session not convened

Earlier in the agenda the board announced a proposed executive session under 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) to discuss the superintendent’s personnel report, but the minutes state the board did not convene an executive session. The record includes the statutory citation for the proposed executive session and later the standard certification that the meeting complied with the 1977 Open Meeting Law (Title 25, Sections 201–314, Oklahoma Statutes).
