"The recommendation was to approve the consent calendar," the minutes record. Trustee Tony Aguirre moved the consent calendar; Trustee DeWitt seconded and the motion passed 4–0.
The approval allocates LCAP funds for transportation and charter services tied to the listed trips; no additional funding sources or contingencies were noted in the minutes.
