The Board of Zoning Appeals on May 21 tabled public hearing 26-07, a proposal for an electronic sign at 1372 W. Grand River submitted by the Kellogg Foundation, until its June 18 meeting so a full board may participate. Planning and Zoning Consultant Paul Montagno indicated the applicant was willing to postpone.
Jeff Schuett moved to table the vote on application 26-07 "until the next meeting on June 18, 2026 so the full board will be present to participate," and Kevin Shopshire seconded; the motion carried 4-0. The board did not take any additional evidence or make a tentative ruling on the merits of the sign application at this meeting.
